Training Calendar 2012
The training programme as recommended and adapted by our experience is below.

The numbers are the amount of miles you should aim to do on these days, with Suffolk, Southend or Orchid being organised rides, the team usually take part in

In total excluding the organised training rides, each team member will complete in the region of 1,200 miles in training, meaning that the team will complete over 56,000 miles in total

In addition many of the mid week rides will be replaced by more intense private spinning classes to enhance our endurance and cardio fitness - These are highlighted by the yellow boxes

This year will also include a lot of hills in our training - mmmm something wrong there
