Over 80 riders turned out for the second We Hate Hills
organised fun ride in 2010 raising over £1,200 which was split across 3 Charities
A Charity fun ride which
offers the rider the choice of either 25 or 40 mile rides, through beautiful Essex countryside both starting from Club Woodham

The
rides will start at 10 a.m.(40) and 10.30 a.m. (25)
Supported
by the local Lions Charity, the ride is to keep alive the memory of Chris Negus an avid cyclist who was tragically killed
in 2008 in a road traffic accident - all money raised will be evenly split between the Chris Negus Memorial Fund, the Lions
Charity and The We Hate Hills Charity Cycling team
It will
take you along country lanes through Purleigh, Danbury and Bicknacre with the longer route going out towards Stock South &
West Hanningfield with both routes finishing at Club Woodham Health & Fitness centre where you will be able to relax in
the gardens for a BBQ & drinks.
Full
back up is provided with free parking, refreshment points, Marshalls, technical assistance and first aid.
Entry £15 for adults, £10 for children under 16 (pre-registration).
Entry on the day £20 for Adults & £15
for children under 16.
The organisers ask that
each entrant will try to raise a minimum of £25 sponsorship
Cyclists under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
We believe that the wearing of helmets by all riders is essential
